#Team Software

Although this department is made up of people specializing in various technologies, they are united by one thing – a love for code. The range of projects is as colorful as the personalities of our colleagues – fintech applications and systems, for the education, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing industries, data security solutions, and a mix of software with automation elements for effective VR training in the field of work safety. Additionally, voicebot solutions in the health and entertainment industry.

The team is led by Wojtek. His middle name is calm strength. This team has its own rules. Wojtek knows them and, we dare say, quite well, as he has been coding for 30 years. A mix of many years of experience as a practitioner and leader allows him to effectively lead diverse distributed teams, setting a common goal.

#Team Hardware

A team of designers, electronics engineers, and C/C++ programmers is a special task force. Together they create ready-made solutions for clients – starting from the idea, feasibility analysis, and budget, through creating schematics, electronic and mechanical design, the first prototypes, corrections, and tests, to small-scale production. We support comprehensively or in the client-selected phase of the project.

On this occasion, we introduce Adam. An ambitious and uncompromising – when it comes to quality – leader. Using practical and managerial competencies daily, he is the link that connects project teams and clients. He can find the golden mean and reconcile high client expectations with design possibilities and component availability!

#Team Eco Solutions (IoT)

The eco solutions team focuses its activities on comprehensive projects in the field of environmental protection. They utilize the full spectrum of available technologies and solutions, engaging electronics designers, mechanics, and low- and high-level programmers at various project stages. We create IoT at its best!

The team is led by Mateusz.

The right man in the right place. His Polish-Italian roots are perfectly suited to the innovative and interdisciplinary daily life of SoftBlue. As a passionate electronics and modern technology enthusiast and a leader sensitive to environmental issues, he can motivate his team to seek the best solutions.
