According to guidelines and in agreement with the client, experienced design engineers can comprehensively deal with the implementation – from general assumptions to the final prototype. We will prepare cost estimates and documentation enabling line production. You will also receive support in the product certification process.

Climate and environmental research

  • Kambič “walk-in” climatic camber with the cubature of 20 m3 with the possibility of carrying out test programs in the following range of environmental parameters:

    • temperature: -40 ÷ +80 °C,
    • relative humidity: 10 ÷ 95 %,
    • optional use of a sprinkler, UV irradiation or wind generation.
  • Flir infrared camera with a resolution of 320×240 with support for MSX mode. The device has a wide range of applications, e.g.:

    • diagnostics of electronic devices,
    • assessment of the condition of electrical installations,
    • leak detection of pneumatic or hydraulic systems or building insulation.
  • Radwag MYA 0.8 / 3.4Y microbalance with an accuracy of 1 ?g, which can be used, among others, for testing cumulation of contaminants on filters and sorption tubes.

  • TSI OPS3330 calibrated particle counter which allows high-quality measurements of air quality in the field, indoor or in industrial environments. It allows to classify particles in 16 ranges from 0.5 ?m diameter, incl. the content of PM2.5 and PM10.

  • Fluorescence microscope: a light microscope used in the study of organic and inorganic substances, the operation of which is based on the phenomenon of fluorescence and phosphorescence,

    Field marking kits,
    BzT5 determination kit.

Chemical laboratory

  • Real Time PCR the open-type system, with a confidence interval of 99.7%, detects 1 copy of the genetically modified material matrix in the testing of food products, animal feed or seeds.

  • Gas chromatograpf equipped with a triple quadrupole mass analyzer, which enables exact detection of chemical compounds. It also has NIST Mass Spectral Library.

  • ELISA absorbance reader.

    Tektronix MDO Series 3000 Oscilloscope,
    Spectrum analyzers,
    Digital inspection microscope,

EMC Research

The laboratory offers equipment tests for electromagnetic compatibility, including:

  • resistance to radiation disorders,
  • resistance to conducted disturbances,
  • radiated emission,
  • conducted emission.

Design and production of electronic systems of mechanical elements

We design and prepare documentation in the Altium Designer system, launching prototypes and job-lot production of electronic circuits. We create mechanical elements and housings (from design to finish) along with technical documentation in the Solid Edge system.

Prototype and job-lot production

  • The Mill 850 Premium Line VM C850 CNC milling machine enables the removal of materials such as: structural steel, quality steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, plastics. It has a working area with the following dimensions: 800x500x500mm.

  • CNC ATMS 13×15 ver2 milling plotter enables the removal of materials such as: aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, plastics, wood, foam, MDF boards, etc. It has a working area of 1300x1500x300mm. The plotter can create advertising elements, thermo-forming molds, bas-reliefs, decorative elements, etc. Depending on the material from which the detail is to be made and its dimensions, it can be small or medium-line production.

  • CK6132/1000 CNC lathe enables the removal of materials such as: structural steel, quality steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, plastics, wood. It has a working area with dimensions: 320x1000mm.

  • ATMS 1390 (CO2) laser plotter enables cutting materials such as: plastics, natural materials, textiles, paper or rubber and engraving such materials as: plastics, natural materials, textiles, paper, glass, rubber or anodized/painted metals. It has a working area of 1300x900mm. Adverts, decorative elements etc. can be created on the plotter,

  • HBOT 3D F300 (FDM) printer enables the production of details from materials such as: ABS, PLA, HIPS, TPU, WOOD, PET-G, GLASS. It has a working area with dimensions: 300x300x300mm. Decorative elements or components and units of prototype devices can be created thanks to it,

  • Formlabs Form 2 (SLA) printer with dedicated Form Wash and Form Cure enables the production of details in various resins – from materials resistant to high temperature to materials simulating PP or ABS. It has a working area with the dimensions: 145x145x175mm. Decorative elements or components and units of prototype devices can be created on the printer.

  • Welding machine (TIG AC/DC, MMA) enables manual TIG welding of: structural steel, quality steel, copper and its alloys as well as aluminum and its alloys. On the premises of the plant, we have one welding station with dimensions of 1500×1000 mm, with equipment,

    Vibration diagnostics and balancing of rotors in bearings.

    MBJ Electronics DIAMOND 401B vibration meter and analyzer enables basic measurements of vibrations, rotational speed and phase as well as advanced frequency analysis and recording of readings.
